Delivery Terms

Orders placed in our store are delivered via the courier company Zadbano. Personal collection of ordered products is not available. Products in stock are dispatched by courier within the timeframe indicated at the time of ordering, after the payment has been booked or the order confirmation has been received (in the case of cash on delivery).

The delivery time for the ordered goods is as follows:

Up to 10 business days for products available in stock, counted from the moment the order is accepted for processing. Furniture is shipped from the warehouse once a week (usually on Wednesday), but delivery orders must be registered by 12:00 noon the previous day. Orders placed and paid for after this deadline, or in the case of a high volume of orders, may be scheduled for dispatch the following week.

Once your order is registered for delivery, you will receive an email/SMS notification directly from the courier company with information about the shipment, available tracking tools (e.g., website or app), and the estimated delivery date. In any case, the customer can manage the delivery, including changing the delivery date or address.

For orders delivered via Zadbano, delivery takes place on business days between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, within 5 business days from the dispatch of the furniture from our warehouse. The exact delivery date and time will be provided directly by the transport company, taking into account their availability, logistics plans, and the delivery zone in which the customer is located.

Up to 40 or 90 business days in the case of pre-sale items, with this period counted from the day the customer places the order. Each pre-sale product has a designated estimated shipping and delivery date.

If your Cart includes at least one product with a longer availability time, the entire order will be delivered together according to the delivery time of the product with the longest lead time.

In all cases, the product availability and order processing time will be confirmed by us, and in case of discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

Delivery with furniture carrying:

The standard service includes delivery to the designated address and carrying the furniture packages into the customer's apartment (past the front door). PLEASE NOTE: The store is not responsible for the inability to perform the carrying service if the access route (e.g., doorway width/height, staircases, etc.) prevents safe delivery of the packages.

With Zadbano, it is possible to order additional paid services, such as carrying the furniture to a specific room in the customer’s home — for this, please contact the transport company directly.
