Hello, although the customer service was okay and communicated quickly, there was a significant delay with the furniture delivery. It was ordered at the end of January 2026 and delivered at the end of July. That's definitely not 90 working days :(. Unfortunately, this significantly increased the cost of my order, and no one contacted me regarding any discount or compensation :(. I was only told that the request for a discount was forwarded to management. And nothing else happened :((
The waiting time is long, but we will definitely recommend it to others.

At this stage, I am fully satisfied. The ordering process is simple, and I appreciate the option to pay via traditional bank transfer, unlike with other companies where only electronic transfers are available.

The order was completed without major issues, ordered, paid, a longer waiting time but delivery even before the scheduled date, the only complaint is with the courier company, which set the date for October 2nd, so I took a day off and waited for the delivery, then they changed the date to October 6th and I had a problem. However, the delivery guys were nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, you have to wait a long time for the order, but it's worth it.
Service was impeccable.

Overall, I am not satisfied because after signing up for the newsletter, I was supposed to receive a discount as you informed, but the discount code never arrived. I consider this unprofessional and the rules unclear. We'll see how the situation develops further.
