Promotion terms "FLASH SALE -10%"

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotion called “FLASH SALE -10%”, organized by the online store table4u.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.

  1. The organizer of the promotion called “FLASH SALE -10%”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is GAPI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code 00-682), ul. Hoża 86/410, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000945496, with a share capital of PLN 5,000, NIP 7011068399, REGON 520952732.   2. The Promotion is valid from 24 July 2026 at 00:00 until 27 July 2026 at 23:59:59 and applies to all products offered by the Store while stocks last. After this period or once the products are sold out, the Promotion no longer applies.
  3. The Promotion does not apply to furniture manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs (custom orders). It also does not apply to reservations for furniture from planned deliveries, i.e. products that are not currently available in the Store’s offer.
  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other sales promotions or discount coupons.
  5. The Promotion applies to the entire assortment. Promotional prices are applied automatically and include discounts of up to 10% on all products.
  6. Placing an order during the Promotion period constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Orders placed during the Promotion period are processed in accordance with the Organizer’s main Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are available on the Organizer’s website:

  8. The Participant undertakes not to resell any Products purchased during the Promotion, in any capacity, particularly as part of their business activity. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Organizer has the right to demand reimbursement of the value of the products purchased under the Promotion, to which the Participant agrees by accepting these Terms and Conditions and participating in the Promotion.
  9. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to change the Promotion period without affecting any rights acquired by customers before the date of such amendment. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Organizer’s main Terms and Conditions and the applicable provisions of law.
  10. Complaints regarding orders placed during the Promotion period will be considered by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the main Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
