Promotion terms "SUMMER SALE UP TO -20%”

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotion called “SUMMER SALE UP TO -20%”, organized by the online store table4u.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.

  1. The organizer of the promotion under the name “SUMMER SALE UP TO -20%”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is GAPI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code 00-682), ul. Hoża 86/410, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000945496, with share capital of PLN 5,000, NIP 7011068399, REGON 520952732.   2. The Promotion is valid from 23 June 2026 at 00:00 until 7 July 2026 at 23:59:59 and applies to all products available in the Store’s offer while stocks last. After this date or in the event that products are sold out, the Promotion no longer applies.
  3. The Promotion does not apply to furniture manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs (custom orders), nor does it apply to reservations for furniture from planned deliveries, i.e. products that are not available in the current Store offer.
  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other sales promotions or discount coupons.
  5. The Promotion covers the entire assortment. Promotional prices are applied automatically and include discounts of up to 20% on all products.
  6. Placing an order during the Promotion period constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Orders placed during the Promotion period are processed in accordance with the Organizer’s main regulations. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are available on the Organizer’s website:

  8. The Participant undertakes not to resell any Products purchased during the Promotion period in any capacity, especially as part of their business activity. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Organizer has the right to seek reimbursement from the Participant for the value of the products purchased under the Promotion. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to this.
  9. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or change the duration of the Promotion without affecting rights acquired by customers before the amendment date. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of the main regulations and generally applicable laws.
  10. Complaints regarding orders placed during the Promotion period shall be considered by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the main regulations and applicable laws.
